Mirror Grinding Techniques

A grinding wheel used on the outer edges of each mirror.
The Large Optical Generator (LOG) is fitted with a smaller grinding head to mark the back of the mirror.
The LOG grinding the front side of the mirror, i.e. the side that will become the optical surface.
